Each piece is made to order in Ezra’s Malmö workshop. Lead times vary depending on the piece, quantity and current production schedule. Estimated lead times are confirmed at the time of order.

Local delivery is available within approximately two hours of Malmö. Delivery throughout Sweden, Denmark and the rest of Europe can be arranged on request.

For larger orders and trade projects, shipping and installation requirements can be discussed as part of the project.

Ezra Meaden furniture is made using natural materials selected for their character and durability. Variations in grain, colour and texture are inherent to these materials and make each piece individual.

With time and use, natural materials will develop subtle changes in colour and appearance. These are considered part of the life of the piece.

Solid Timber
Wood responds naturally to changes in its environment. Avoid positioning furniture directly beside radiators, heating sources or air-conditioning, and do not expose indoor furniture to excessive humidity or moisture.

Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may alter the colour of timber over time. Where possible, avoid leaving objects in the same position on timber surfaces for extended periods, particularly when the piece is new, as surrounding areas may change colour at a different rate.

For regular cleaning, use a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry the surface afterwards. Avoid abrasive cloths, household cleaning sprays and chemical cleaners unless specifically recommended for the finish.

Use coasters for glasses and hot or wet objects, and felt pads beneath objects that may scratch the surface. Spills should be wiped promptly rather than allowed to sit on the timber.

Linseed Oil Paint
Linseed oil paint develops its character naturally over time and should be treated with care.

For regular cleaning, use a soft cloth lightly dampened with water. Avoid abrasive sponges, strong detergents and general-purpose cleaning products.

Do not drag hard or sharp objects across painted surfaces. Minor marks and changes in sheen may develop through use and form part of the natural ageing of the finish.

If more substantial damage occurs, please contact the studio before attempting to repair or refinish the surface.

Linoleum
Clean linoleum surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Spills should be removed promptly, particularly strongly coloured liquids.

Avoid abrasive cleaning products and prolonged contact with excessive moisture. Coasters or trivets should be used beneath hot, wet or potentially staining objects.

Upholstery
Regularly remove surface dust using a soft brush or appropriate upholstery attachment at low suction.

In the event of a spill, blot the area promptly with a clean, absorbent cloth rather than rubbing. Cleaning requirements vary between textiles, so the care instructions provided by the textile manufacturer should always be followed.

For significant stains or specialist fabrics, we recommend consulting a professional upholstery cleaner.

Further Care
Care requirements may vary depending on the timber, finish and upholstery specified for an individual piece. Where additional care is required, instructions will be provided with the furniture.
